Shoes one was 14.99 on sale for $4.00
Shoes two was 19.99 on sale for $6.00
Payless running promotions BO get 1/2 of another one,
Plus I got %20 discount coupon from Kroger (another one came to my cell phone)

CVS
after scanning my card, I got another $1.00 for paper goods, so
I got two more rolls of toilet paper.
Savings: $1.00
